After many hours of revision and writing, we are proud to present our updated Operations Manual for the Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club! Thanks to the hard work of Jacqueline Kittel over the past year, every section of the Operations Manual has been reviewed and updated with our current rules and regulations for our unique business.
We have chosen to publish this information to share how we run our business with the world. We present this information to everyone but we also have a few audiences in mind:
It is our method of holding ourselves accountable to our members and stakeholders.
It is also a model for other businesses to emulate; for the purpose of building a non-profit organization. Particularly, one that takes care of its staff, and provides high-quality compassionate medical care to patients.
